Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com (“MOX and/or LNK”,
“Us”, “We” and “Its”) and the services it
provides to Participants, Mailing List Subscribers and Web Site Users
(hereinafter collectively referred to as its “Users",
“You” and “Your”) organizes “ice-breaker”
parties for networking and to facilitate introductions of single people.
This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between You and MOX
and/or LNK. By using the Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com Web site,
joining its mailing list(s) or participating in Its parties, You agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then
you may not Use the MOX and/or LNK Web site, join its mailings list(s) nor
participate in its Parties. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by
MOX and/or LNK.
Users must be 18 years or older. Any and all information User provides to MOX
and/or LNK will be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material
information will not be ommitted. User will obey all applicable laws and
regulations while using the MOX and/or MOX and/or LNK Web site and while
attending Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com Parties.
Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com holds no responsibility whatever
for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between another
individual and Yourself that You meet as a result of a MOX and/or LNK Party.
MOX and/or LNK is not responsible nor liable for errors or omissions of any
kind. Furthermore, User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MOX and/or LNK,
its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Party Organizers, agents,
employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all
losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements,
and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or
investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon,
relating to, or arising in connection with any and all of the services that MOX
and/or LNK provides or claims to provide as well as communications or meetings
that You arrange on Your own volition and on Your own time with others who have
participated in one of MOX and/or LNK’s Parties. Further, You agree not
to initiate any claim whatever against MOX and/or LNK as a result of any of Our
social gatherings or other activities and You affirm that You take sole and
complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any
meeting, communication or date.
Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com reserves the right to reject any
User’s registration and may reject admission to any of Its parties for
any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund
User’s registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in
any of Its Parties.
By completing the registration process for one of Its parties, User hereby
agrees to pay the Admission Fee charge shown on the payment page of the MOX
and/or LNK Web site and further affirms that User will not
“charge back” or otherwise dispute the Fee for any reason whatever.
If there is a dispute regarding payment or the services provided by
Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com, User agrees to expeditiously
contact MOX and/or LNK to resolve said dispute before escalating the dispute to
User’s credit card company.
User agrees to not solicit, advertise or market any products or services
whatever to any participant of any of Its Parties.
User agrees that should User participate in a Party, User will return any and
all hardware provided to User to MOX and/or LNK at the end of the Party.
Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com owns and retains all proprietary
rights in all services offered by MOX and/or LNK including any and all content
on the Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com Web site and paper
materials provided at MOX and/or LNK Parties. The term and phrase
“Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com” is trademark of
Moxieinthecity.net and LockAndKeyParties.com.
