MoxieintheCity.net seeks out guests with a positive, open-minded attitude. For this reason, we reserve the right to request that a guest leave or not attend / participate in a certain event. If we feel our events are not a fit for a particular attendee, that attendee will be notified via e-mail or in person and given an explanation as to why their registration request was not accepted.

REFUND POLICY - REGISTRATIONS ARE TRANSFERABLE, BUT NOT REFUNDABLE.
We understand that things can come up. Things happen that are out of your control. All you need to do is e-mail us at events@moxieinthecity.net at least five business days in advance. While we can not refund your admission, we will send you a credit code to use to register for another event. Cancellations must be done at least five business days in advance to qualify for a credit code. Credit codes are good for six months. Admission is transferable, but not refundable. If you can't make it, you can always give your admission to a friend to attend in your place.

IF THE SCEDULED EVENT IS CANCELLED - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We reserve the right to cancel an event if conditions (i.e. inclement weather, excessive attendee cancellations, instructor personal/medical emergency) call for us to do so. In an instance like this, all attendees will receive a credit to use towards another event PLUS an additional $10 discount code to use towards a second event. Event cancellations are rare.

If you wish to have a monetary refund, please contact your credit card company and request a charge back. We will happily agree to this charge back.

PLEASE NOTE:
For MoxieMatch Speed Dating Events, it is very important that you not arrive later than 7pm. If you arrive after 7:15pm, we can not guarantee that you will be able to participate in the event. If you think you will be late, please call us by 6:45pm at 917-749-6232 to alert us of your late arrival.

If you can not arrive by 7:15pm and are not able to call us in advance, please do not show up at the venue. Refunds are not available for late arrivals. In an instance like this, all attendees will receive a credit to use towards another event.
