The blowjob is the key to world domination. It is the tactical maneuver that will destroy patriarchy. A weapon of mass destruction, if you will.

There was, when we were young and someone's older sister told us to practice on a pickle, the perception that blowjobs were submissive. That if you got down on your knees, you were in some way giving up some of your power—that maybe you were even being his bitch.

That is a falsehood. Blowjobs are the most basic form of domination and the easiest way to have complete control of a situation, and a man. That, I think, is the important thing we learned last night at Blowjob Class.

There were, of course, techniques we had never heard of, thought of, or seen in porn videos. Even the porn stars didn't have these moves in their repertoire.

There's a whole slew of moves that have the ability to change a man's blowjob experience completely. These are secret, as good things never come for free, but they did include cock sleeves, hanging your head off the bed, a map to help you find the prostate gland, and techniques on opening your throat. It's a shame, really, that we don't learn these things as a part of a required course much earlier, and that goes for men and women. Of all the things you want to stumble through blindly, sex seems like it should be at the bottom of the list.

Blowjob Class is definitely money well spent, but it's a very lonely experience when you don't have anyone to show you what you learned. There is a handout folded up and getting crinkly in the bottom of my purse. Hopefully it will survive long enough to serve as a guide for the next recipient, and hopefully, the next recipient will be a someone who is really excited to explore, and try new things, and talk about, and nurture the sexual side of the relationship just as much as the emotional side.
